Job Description:

  • Solicit business in the form of bookings from target/existing customers.
  • Do research and telemarketing activities to secure appointments to visit new target accounts.
  • Regularly send sales pre-plans and sales call reports as scheduled.
  • Coordinate bookings with customer service and logistic teams.
  • Update customers with developments on service, trade, market conditions, rates, etc.
  • Keep breast of competition activites and industry developments.

Job Description:

  • Regularly visits and solicits business in the form of bookings from target/existing customers of Ben Line Agencies services in the Philippines based on targets set by the General Manager.
  • To do research and telemarketing activities to secure appointments to visit new target accounts.

  • Updates rating sheet for billings to be sent by documentation team.
  • Coordinates with pricing team and negotiates the rates to be offered to the client.

  • Ensures operational team’s compliance to HSEQ and corporate policies including exercise of general duty of care.

Job Description:

  • To support the company’s objectives that all corporate processes and procedures comply with the applicable law(s) and regulations. Also to support that the company’s operations comply with internal standards.
  • Assesses company operations to determine compliance risk.
  • Manages the integrity of information flow by researching, recording, and analyzing data related to below areas of coverage.
  • Trains and educates staff / Business partners so that they are informed and aware of any legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines.
  • Acts as contact person and liaison between department heads and senior management.
  • Conducts regular assessments to determine whether company procedures, practices, and documents are compliant with the law and internal policies.
